MCC stands for Method Cap Classique and is made the Method Champenoise way, just like in France.
We cannot call it Champagne according to French laws.
The focus of the tour will be on bubbly, the most delicate of wine styles.

2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeWe often book lunch here on this beautiful estate with Cape Dutch Style architecture. They also produce their own MCC but is not for tasting, only to buy. Lunch estates differ and sometimes it is elsewhere. Please be flexible when you book this tour. Lunch excluded and on guests account.
