The place was visited on a Saturday. It was relative crowded. Package gold with round transfer was purchased on Pelago. The driver arrived 15 minutes early and he went on to fetch another two passengers in the area before heading to Pong Yaeng. It was a little more than an hour ride. The van had twelve seats and everyone could be seated comfortably. Do be prepared to spend around four hours in the area. We arrived and immediately the driver brought use to the counter, skipping all the queue. I realised that the same package brought at the counter was $20 more than that from Pelago. After getting the wristbands, the 36 stations started. An instructor followed out group of six people through the entire stations. After that, we had lunch. There was the option of either rice or noodles. After that, we went on the swing, butterfly and slider and airbag. The whole theme park is easy to navigate. Walking downwards leads to a cafe where we redeem our coffee and cake. The cafe has a nice ambience and we sat near a waterfall to have our break. The last station was the jungle coaster. Queue was long, but it cleared fast. We purchased our photos and headed back to the van for the transport home. He went to take photo frames for us when he saw that photos were purchased. We had a T-shirt each too, which was included in the package.

The staff there were amazing, they were encouraging us and ensuring our safety throughout the whole experience despite the rain. One thing that can be better is that they can contact us beforehand and confirming the vehicle information before the day itself. Other than that, it was an amazing experience, highly recommend!
