We will begin our journey with a visit to a local market, where our expert guide and host will help us to select fresh ingredients needed for the cooking class. Once we’ve gathered everything we need, we’ll head to a cozy local house to begin our cooking experience. Here, we’ll have the chance to work with a skilled local woman, who will share with us the secrets of traditional Armenian cooking techniques and ingredients. After all that work in the kitchen, we will get to enjoy the meals we’ve prepared, accompanied by excellent Armenian wine.
