On arrival you'll be checked in, let us know your preferred mixer, and enjoy a perfectly crafted double G&T...or G&L. The experience is led by the Head Distiller who starts with a brief intro to gin-making, organic spirits, and distilling history, featuring a taste of our exceptionally smooth organic base spirit. Develop your palate with a guided tasting of single distillates, followed by a fun Mystery Challenge to test your new skills. Sample a selection of locally distilled gins before choosing a final made-to-order G&T from our range. With your final drink in hand, the experience concludes with an informal Q&A with the Head Distiller before an invitation to browse the gins and gifts at the distillery shop.
