No food, pets, surfboard, durians, littering, smoking, or weapons are allowed on the bus

Kids aged under 2 can board for free, as long as they sit on an adult's lap (maximum one child per adult)
Kids using their own seats need a ticket

Show your ticket to the driver as you board the bus

Advance Arrival Time: 0:10:00
If your luggage needs an additional seat inside the bus, then you will be charged Rp.20,000 per piece of luggage. You need to pay cash in Rupiah to the driver or the ticket crew
Delays can occur in case of uncontrollable circumstances, such as traffic jams
A single trip ticket can be used by one person at a time only, and you cannot use a higher value ticket on a lower value route (or vice versa)
