Highlights

The closest address to most piers is 400 N Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611 (near the Wrigley Building). From there, you can check in with a pier attendant who can direct you to the boarding area
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time to be directed to the pier
Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point
