Cruises depart rain or shine
Due to the construction of the vessel to portray original riverboats, the Barefoot Queen is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible

Usage
Check in at the ticket office to receive your entry wristband
Boarding begins 45 mins before departure, with the last shuttle pick-up 10 minutes prior to departure. Please leave extra time in case you get stopped by the drawbridge
Post Purchase
The Barefoot Queen is enclosed on both the upper and lower deck, allowing you to sail rain or shine. If the captain decides the weather is unsafe, your cruise will be postponed or rescheduled.
