• All passengers are to scan the Safe Entry QR when they board the yacht.
• All passengers are to board in groups of not more than 8.
• Temperature of Passengers will be taken before the charter. Any guest whose temperature is 37.5 or higher will not be allow to proceed with the cruise. Guest showing symptoms such as coughing, runny nose, difficulty in breathing, etc, will also not be allowed on board.
• Consumption of alcohol will stop by 10:30pm.
• Due to COVID-19 safe management measures, guests are to put masks at all times except for when consuming F&B or during water activities.
• Zenith Yacht Charters will not be liable for any damages incurred on the occasion whereby the charter cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances. A replacement charter may be arranged on the next available date.
• Guests should be mindful of others and control their alcohol intake and avoid harming self as well as others during the charter.
• Guests are to ensure their own safety during the charter, especially during extreme water activities and purchase the necessary insurance from their agents if required.
• All water activities such as swimming, kayaking, SUP must end by 1900 hrs for safety reasons.
• 20% surcharge applicable on weekend rates for charters taken on eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays and during F1 period.
• Please check that the interior of the boat is in good order and raise any damages to the crew before you move out, once the boat leaves the marina, any additional damages onboard will be under your responsibilities.
• Not suitable for wheelchair bound.
• Customers with sea sickness have to take motion sickness pills 30mins before the charter. Motion sickness pills will not be provided.
• Please proceed to the waiting area infront of Prive Café.
