Designed by Andre Waterkeyn, an engineer and architects Andre and Jean Polak this structure is 102 metres tall. The structure I made out of stainless steel has nine, 18 meter diameter steel spheres which are connected in such a manner that they form the shape of a unit cell id an iron crystal which has been magnified 165 billion times.Town Hall (Hotel de Ville)
