Restrictions
- Each carriage can accommodate 10 to 12 standard-sized adults.
- Participants weighing more than 100kg may not be able to ride if there are two or more individuals with this weight. We appreciate your understanding.
- If you have large baggage, such as a wheelchair, stroller, or suitcase, you may not be able to board the carriage. We kindly recommend leaving your baggage in a station locker in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
- Children and infants are not allowed to ride the carriage without an adult accompanying them.
- The carriage will be shared with other customers. If you would like to rent it exclusively, please contact us directly for more details.

- Present the QR code on your reservation voucher (printed or digital) at reception.
The horse carriage ticket issued after check-in must be presented when boarding. - Please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty, as horse hair, sweat, and dust may be present and could fly around during the ride.
- In case of rainy weather, rain may get into the carriage, so please bring a raincoat or appropriate rain gear to stay comfortable during the ride.
Requirements
- There are no toilets at the carriage ride or inside the carriage, so please use the restrooms beforehand.
- Normally, you cannot get off the carriage midway.
- Infants (0-3 years old) must sit on a parent’s lap.
If a seat is required, please purchase a child (4-12 years old) ticket. - The carriage operation status may change at short notice.
- The carriage service will be closed during the months of January and February.
- Please note that email notifications regarding service cancellations may be delayed. We recommend checking the carriage operation status on the official Kyobasha website (https://kyobasha.blog.fc2.com/) on the day of your reservation.

- If the trolley train is delayed, the horse-drawn carriage will also be adjusted to accommodate the delay, ensuring that the scheduled duration is maintained.
- If the Hozugawa River Boat Ride is canceled, the horse-drawn carriage service included in this course will also be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, except for reservations at 14:35.
- Email notifications for operation suspensions may be delayed. Therefore, on the day of your reservation, please check the horse carriage operating status on the official Kyobasha website as needed:

selectable on the calendar. ・Before making a reservation, please check the
operating hours, travel time, and arrival time of the carriage. If needed,
also confirm the arrival time of the Sagano Romantic Train and the operating
hours of the Hozugawa River Cruise. ・The carriage stop is about a one to two
minute walk from Kameoka Torokko Station. ・The carriage will stop
approximately 50 meters before the Hozugawa River Cruise boarding area. ・You
may board the river cruise if you check in at the boarding point during its
operating hours. ・If you take the 2:35 PM carriage, you will generally not be
able to board the Hozugawa River Cruise. ・There may be a waiting period before
the river cruise begins. ・・If the Hozugawa River Boat Ride is canceled, the
horse-drawn carriage service included in this course will also be canceled. In
such cases, a full refund will be issued, except for reservations at 14:35.
Therefore, If you wish to use the horse-drawn carriage after receiving the
refund, you will need to pay the carriage fare separately again. ・Service is
not available in January and February. Reservations for March and beyond will
