I was informed via an email from the Support Team the night before that the tour will no longer run at 1pm and will run at 10am instead. I replied that I can't join the 10am tour (as we arrived at Toronto very late the previous night, which is the reason why i selected the 1pm tour originally). And I requested for a refund. No reply received. Please contact me to follow up on refund. Thanks
