— Trip Introduction —

Departing from Hakata, first visit the 'God of Learning' at Dazaifu Tenmangu
Shrine, then head to Beppu, where you can take the Beppu Ropeway to the summit
of Mount Tsurumi at your own expense (if suspended, we will visit Umi Jigoku
instead). Arrive in Yufuin in the afternoon and enjoy about 2 hours of free
time around Yunotsubo Street and Lake Kinrin, where you can experience foot
bath cafes, the Showa Museum, or day-trip hot springs at your own expense. For
the return trip, you can take the bus back to Hakata or choose the Yufuin no
Mori train option.

— Important Notes —

1. Return Bus Option: After finishing your tour in Yufuin, return directly to
Hakata Station by bus.

2. Return Yufuin no Mori Train Option: Take the 5:17 PM Yufuin sightseeing
train back to Hakata Station on your own. The tour guide will provide the
tickets to guests, inform you of the station location, and assist everyone in
boarding the sightseeing train smoothly. (The tour guide will not accompany
you on the train.)

Train Schedule Information (You may choose to return on the same day or the
next day; the schedules are the same):

1. Schedule 1: 3:56 PM–6:10 PM (It gets dark early in winter, so this time is recommended. Sometimes it will be operated by the 'Limited Express Yufu' instead). Special Reminder: From July 30 to September 30, 2026, the originally scheduled 3:56 PM 'Yufuin no Mori' train will be temporarily replaced by the 'Limited Express Yufu'. Please refer to the official railway announcement for the actual train arrangement.

2. Schedule 2: 5:17 PM–7:28 PM (Recommended for spring and summer to allow more time for sightseeing).

   
   

3. The number of Yufuin no Mori train tickets is limited. When booking for multiple people, we cannot guarantee that seats will be together. If this is a concern, please do not choose this option.

   
   
4. For the return trip via the Yufuin sightseeing train, if we are unable to book tickets, we will notify you by the day after purchase at the latest. You may then cancel the order or receive a refund for the price difference and switch to the bus return option.

— Important Information —

• Each person is allowed one piece of luggage for free. Additional pieces cost 2,000 JPY per piece, with no size limit (please inform us in advance when booking, otherwise charges will apply on-site).
• Children aged 0–2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge; children aged 3 and above are charged as adults.
• If you fail to inform us about a child aged 0–2 not occupying a seat, and there is insufficient space on the vehicle, boarding will be refused and no refund will be provided.
• Driver/Guide Service (4–13 person small group: driver-guide service; 13+ persons: driver + tour guide service).
• Reference Vehicles: 5–8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9–14 seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18–22 seater: minibus; 22+ seater: large bus. The vehicles listed above are for reference only; the actual vehicle will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.
