- The turning of maple leaves to red is a natural phenomenon, and we cannot guarantee that you will see the vibrant red leaves on the day of your visit. If the condition of the maple leaves does not meet your expectations, this will not be accepted as a reason for a refund.

A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 00:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Temperatures are relatively low in the mountains, so please prepare a warm jacket.
Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our tour itineraries. Outdoor activities involve inherent risks, and travelers should assess their own health and physical capabilities. Our company is not liable for any personal injury or loss caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of severe weather such as typhoons or strong winds, whether the tour will proceed as scheduled will be confirmed 1-2 days prior to departure (local time 00:00) and you will be notified via email and KKday message.
If the Quanjincheng Cable Car is suspended due to a strong wind warning, the cable car ticket fee will be refunded on-site, and the itinerary will be adjusted to other alternative attractions at no extra cost. We apologize for any inconvenience.
During peak tourist season, severe traffic congestion may occur on the last 1.5 kilometers of the road leading to the national park. Depending on the situation and the tour guide's assessment, visitors may need to disembark earlier and walk the rest of the way. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
