You can join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or reserve an e-bike ready on site for €45, payable locally. The Apulian aperitivo at the mill is paid on site (€10). Unless you communicate otherwise when booking, e-bikes and the aperitivo will be considered reserved for all participants. Start from the fairytale setting of Alberobello and ride into the countryside on a relaxed e-bike route. Quiet lanes lead you among dry-stone walls, vineyards and trulli-dotted landscapes, with time for photos and panoramic stops.

Along the way, you’ll visit a donkey farm to meet these animals up close, then reach a family-run artisan mill to discover the process from grain to flour. At the mill, you can enjoy focaccia, friselle, taralli and a glass of wine. Return to Alberobello through countryside views and panoramic viewpoints.
