Infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can join the tour for free. One adult can only bring one infant who does not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with an infant who does not occupy a seat, please be sure to indicate his/her date of birth in the remarks column when making a reservation.
The sightseeing boat tour of Akutadaimon operates from mid-April to late October, and from November to early April of the following year, it visits Akutadaimon Park instead.
From November to early April of the following year, the price has been adjusted to exclude the sightseeing boat at the Akuta-dai Gate, and no refund will be given.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Some plans require 1 person to form a group, and generally the minimum number of participants is 13. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an e-mail notification of the cancellation will be sent 7 days before the departure date.
Vehicle type: Cars are assigned based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying personnel will be arranged to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note.

If the Akebab Tour Boat is temporarily closed due to force majeure such as weather, a partial refund will be made and the tour will be changed to Akebab Park.
The Kaiya Daimon Cruise cannot be booked. The itinerary order will be adjusted depending on the ticket purchase time on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
The Akutadaimon sightseeing boat operates from mid-April to late October, and from November to early April of the following year, it will instead visit Akutadaimon Park.

Although there is a production line available for visitors to visit at Ichiran no Mori, the production area may stop operating after 3pm.
Ichiran no Mori only accepts Japanese Yen cash when dining, so please prepare cash with you.
Ichiran Ramen's soup is made from pork bones and the soup base cannot be changed. Vegetarians please consider registering accordingly.
[Hot spring bathing itinerary] This itinerary does not provide change of clothes and towels for hot spring bathing. If you want to rent a towel, the price will be based on the on-site announcement.
The bus seats and restaurant seats used during the experience may be shared with other passengers in the same group, depending on the tour leader and facility arrangements on the day.
According to Japanese customs, people with tattoos are not allowed to enter the hot spring facilities. Please understand.
