Highlights
I am an Alliance certified (Prem Flow Yoga) and experienced yoga teacher. I also have a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga dedicated to Women. My classes are both dynamic and yin yoga asanas in a joyful vinyasa style.
Besides, having settled in Marrakech more than 15 years ago, I love to share my passion and my knowledge of the Red City with travellers!
At last, the whole experience will be hosted in a lovely authentic Riad, giving a Moroccan flavour to this wellness half-day.
Itinerary
37 Derb Raouia
Guests will start with a yoga class in the courtyard or in the dedicated room of the Riad. After an herbal tea, they will enjoy a 1 hour blissful relaxing massage to release their stress. They can then chill-out before enjoying a light healthy lunch and share their experience with other travellers.
