- Arrival Self-Service: Go directly to the Smart Fast Track entrance across from Gate D5.
- Arrival Guided Service: Meet the staff wearing a black suit in front of Gate D5.
- Departure Service: Meet the staff at Entrance 9 (in front of MR.WRAP), 4th Floor, Departure Hall.
- Add-on Meet & Greet: Staff will wait outside the arrival gate holding a sign with your name.
- Please provide your exact flight number and arrival/departure time when booking.
- You must provide a reachable SNS ID (WhatsApp, Line, KakaoTalk) for local contact. Details will be sent 1-2 days prior.
- Cameras and video recording are strictly prohibited during arrival, departure, and immigration processes.
- If your arrival gate is far from the premium line, you may be directed to the nearest VIP line.
- Open to all nationalities holding a valid passport.
- The "Traveler Quantity" selected must match the actual number of travelers in your group.
- Children are charged at the same rate as adults unless otherwise specified.
- Infants (0–2 years) are typically free, but please notify the operator in advance.
- Valid Passport (required for verification on-site).
- Flight details/Boarding Pass.
- Wheelchair accessible (please notify in advance if assistance is needed).
- Buggy service is available as an add-on for those requiring less walking.

- Option B (Arrival Guided), Option C (Departure), & Buggy Add-on: Free cancellation up to 4 days prior to the experience date. Cancellations made between 0–3 days are non-refundable.
- Present your passport on-site for verification (voucher may not be strictly required if passport matches booking).
