The tour was conducted by Tour Altinkum - and I'd say they are very professional, flexible with changes without charging extra, and what are included and not included are all laid out in the itinerary sent to me prior to my departure to Istanbul, including the 3 domestic flights to Kusadasi and Cappadocia and back to Istanbul. I had to make a change in the date of arrival for the start of the 7-day tour, and Tour Altinkum made the changes to the dates of hotel stays, cancelled the flights already booked, and give the details of the replacement flights at no extra charge. We had an extra day in Istanbul after all the places of guided tour had ended, and Tour Altinkum arranged the pick-up ride from the hotel to the airport (part of the package) to be postponed by a day. The pick-ups, transport and the guides were punctual and knowledgeable, friendly and willing to assist, giving tips of places to eat or do things, and never demanded that we must enter the places of interest where we were to pay the entrance fees (entrance fees are not included in the package) if we choose not to enter. The people of Turkiye are most pleasant and friendly, the traders are not pushy if we choose not to purchase their items for sale, no hassling from anybody. A most beautiful country with plenty culture, history, artifacts, food.
