Passport, Voucher

(1) Tickets are valid for one day, one session, and one-time entry only. Admission stops 30 minutes before the end of each session. Please plan your visit accordingly.
(2) After ticket purchase and redemption, visitors who register as SMP Shanghai Magnolia Plaza members may present the points voucher issued by the observation deck at the service counter on Level LG1 to collect points and enjoy Magnolia Plaza’s loyalty benefits and free parking policy.
(3) After purchasing any ticket type, visitors may obtain one (1) hour of free locker usage at the self-service locker area of the observation deck on Level LG1, by using the mobile phone number provided at the time of purchase.
(4) The Stage Magnolia Observation Deck is a 360° open-air observation deck located 320 meters above ground level. For your safety and the safety of others, dangerous or uncivilized behaviors are strictly prohibited, including extending objects beyond the railing, running, leaning on or climbing glass barriers, or occupying viewing areas for extended periods during peak hours. Violations may be subject to legal liability. Commercial photography, filming, audio recording, or interviews are strictly prohibited.
(5) For health and safety reasons, visitors with acrophobia, high blood pressure, epilepsy, heart conditions, or other related medical conditions are advised to purchase tickets with caution. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult.
(6) To ensure visitor safety, the service provider reserves the right to close the observation deck without prior notice in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to strong winds, rain, snow, approaching thunderstorms, hail, photochemical smog, or extreme heat.
(7) Prohibited items include but are not limited to: professional cameras, lighting equipment, tripods, loudspeakers, walkie-talkies or similar devices; handbags; backpacks larger than 20 × 30 cm; suitcases or large luggage; camping equipment (tents, folding chairs, mats); food or beverages; drones; balloons, kites, or other flying objects; pets (except guide dogs, service dogs, or hearing dogs with valid certification); wheelchairs, strollers, bicycles, roller skates, or other mobility devices; lighters, knives, umbrellas, flammable or explosive items; and any other items that may fall, scatter, or pose safety risks.
Note: All visitors are subject to bag inspection by staff and security upon entry. Thank you for your cooperation.
(8) If an order has not been used, only full-order cancellation is supported. Partial refunds are not available. If your group is incomplete, please cancel the entire order and place a new booking.
