1. Pick-up & Drop-off Information

Free pick-up and drop-off at hotels located in Da Nang city center.

For hotels outside the city center, guests are kindly requested to come to one
of the following meeting points:

- Novotel Danang Premier Han River Hotel – 36 Bach Dang st, Da Nang

Notes:

The operator will confirm the exact pick-up time and location 1 day before
departure via messaging apps or email.

Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before departure time.

2. Shuttle Bus Schedule

Departure: 07:30 – 08:30

Return: 15:45

Time Slot 2

Departure: 09:30 – 10:15

Return: 18:00

Please arrive on time for departure and return as scheduled. To keep the
itinerary on track, the bus will depart on time and unfortunately cannot wait
for late arrivals.

3. Other Information

Travel time: Approximately 45–60 minutes from Da Nang to Ba Na Hills. Travel
time may vary depending on weather conditions or traffic.

The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the pick-up point.

When boarding the bus, please present your booking confirmation and passenger
list to the driver.

Seats are assigned randomly, depending on availability at the time of booking.
