• No Show policy: Order canceled without refund if 15 minutes late or unable to contact customer.
• Luggage cannot be returned to starting point after collection by AIRPORTELs.
• THB500 surcharge for drop-off after 12:00PM.
• AIRPORTELs contacts front desk or designated entity to collect luggage within 3 hours of appointed drop-off time.
• Luggage delivered according to schedule, no specific time appointments.
• AIRPORTELs waits up to 15 minutes at delivery location (airports, hotels, malls, homes).
• AIRPORTELs may deny booking or apply additional charges if customer deviates from booking details or service conditions.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
