UNESCO has recognized three exceptional sites in Bangladesh as World Heritage Sites: Bagerhat, the Sundarbans, and Somapura Mahavihara.
Bagerhat, located in the Khulna Division, is famous for the stunning Sixty Dome Mosque. The Sundarbans, the largest mangrove forest in the world, is perfect for adventure enthusiasts seeking to see the Royal Bengal Tiger. Somapura Mahavihara is an important archaeological site and a renowned Buddhist vihara.
