Fuji and the natural beauty of Yamanashi, indulge in delicious seafood and kaizan cuisine at "Fujisan Uminoie" for a luxurious time. From our sister restaurant "Shimizu Port Kaizan," located in the famous tuna fishing port of Shimizu, we bring you the finest, carefully selected tuna, served right here at "Fujisan Uminoie." In addition, we have successfully developed on-land aquaculture of seawater prawns, specializing in prawn dishes and offering the very essence of Japanese cuisine with a blend of seafood and mountain delicacies. We are equipped to accommodate inbound tourism. Please feel free to consult with us.
