Highlights

After lunch (not included) take a guided walk in the district of Buda. Experience the historic Royal Palace, the romantic Fishermen’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Margaret Island with its gorgeous parks and recreational facilities.
At the end of your city tour of Budapest, you'll have free time from 3 pm. Shop till you drop, or just relax. At approximately 5 pm the bus departs for Vienna, where you'll arrive at around 8 pm.

A very good and informative day trip to Budapest. Our guide Martin is very knowledgeable and shared with us much information about Budapest. The ride to Budapest is long but comfortable and we have time to explore the city by ourselves! Recommend to head to the Buda portion of the city, with some very nice views!
Great tour. A good guide to the history and better understanding of Budapest - Buda and Pest merging as one
The ride from Vienna to Budapest is quite long but since it’s a smooth ride, it’s quite enjoyable. There is a short guided bus tour of the city and a walking tour to the main church. Have about 3-4 hrs of free time (including lunch) to explore on our own. Would be nicer if they included lunch as part of the tour since the bus and walking tour ends around 12+ pm.
