For your own safety, explorers on this activity must be able to safely navigate backward through a 12-step ladder (handrails available).
For your own safety, the minimum required height is 3ft and 4 years old, for children
Children are considered from 4 years to 16 years. No infants allowed ( babies to 3 years old)
All participants must pay a ticket and all the children must be always with an adult.
Pregnant, without previous complications, can carry out the activity up to the 6th month of pregnancy.
Access in a bathing suit and / or barefoot is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Only 1 personal item like a purse or small handbag is allowed, and it must fit in your lap. Dimensions should not exceed 18 x 14 x 8 inches
Additionally, a 13 USD Marine Park fee must be paid by person.
Additional services have an extra cost (photos or souvenirs).
Tour operation subject to permissible weather conditions.
Atlantis Submarines Cozumel reserves the right to refuse admission in case of adverse conditions for the safety of our passengers.
If you do not follow and / or do not comply with the indicated safety instructions, you will not be allowed to continue with the activity and refund does not apply in this situation.

Amazing experience! You can clearly see the ocean floor, all the amazing coral, fishes and marina fauna, plus an incredible shipwreck! Staff and guides do an excelent job helping boarding and pointing marine life and other insights. It's a very professional operation, confortable ride, not cramped at all, fresh air recirculation, you feel very safe. Rates are fair. Highly recommended!
