• The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat will incur an extra fee of 2,000 JPY. Please specify this in the remarks when placing your order.

【Service Introduction】

Service Hours: 10 hours between 7:00 and 21:00.

• If you wish to start or end your trip outside of the standard service hours, additional charges will apply, calculated according to the overtime rate.

Driver Language: Chinese/Japanese (The driver can only provide brief explanations inside the vehicle and will not accompany you into attractions.)

Usage Time and Calculation: The 10-hour duration begins at the scheduled departure time. If the trip exceeds 10 hours, an overtime service fee of 8,000 JPY per hour must be paid on-site.

• In case of guest delay, the driver will wait for 30 minutes, and this delay will be deducted from the total service time. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes and the guest cannot be reached, the driver will depart, and no refund will be provided.

• No additional fees will be charged if the usage time is exceeded due to traffic congestion or similar circumstances.

Pick-up/Drop-off Range: Hotels within Nagoya City, etc. (If either the pick-up or drop-off point is outside Nagoya City, the empty car travel time will be deducted from the 10-hour limit, or an overtime fee will be charged.)

For multi-day charter services, an additional driver accommodation fee of 10,000 JPY per night is required.

As long as no excessive additional costs are incurred, the charter route can be flexibly adjusted. Please consult customer service in advance if needed.

Customized charter itineraries are accepted, provided the daily mileage does not exceed 350 km. If the distance exceeds this limit, an additional fee of 500 JPY per kilometer will be charged. Please consult customer service before placing your order.
