Visit the second important destination of Turkey - Cappadocia. The tour starts with a flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia for a full day North (Red) Cappadocia Tour to visit Goreme Open Air Museum, Uchisar Castle, Devrent Valley and Pasabag, the ancient towns of Urgup and Avanos. The tour ends with a flight back to Istanbul.
Itinerary
Early in the morning you will be transferred to airplane terminal from your hotel for a 60-min flight to Cappadocia. Upon your arrival to Cappadocia, an agent will welcome and transfer you to travel office for a full day North Cappadocia tour.
Highlights you will visit: Goreme Open Air Museum consisting of five Byzantine Orthodox churches, Uchisar Castle, Devrent Valley and Pasabag where you will see animal and fairy-tale like rock formations, the ancient towns of Urgup and Avanos famous for its red clay pottery.
You will have fun trying to make potteries after a small demonstration.
In the end, you will be transferred to Cappadocia Airport for a 60-min. flight for Istanbul. We will welcome and accompany you to your hotel in Istanbul, upon your arrival.
