KOL Promo Codes on Pelago

This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”), where all customers of Pelago (“Pelago Customer”) may be eligible to earn KrisFlyer Bonus Miles (“Bonus Miles”) or enjoy discounts for their experience booked on Pelago.com and Pelago mobile app.

This Promotion commences on 13 Dec 2024, 0000hrs (GMT+8) and ends on 31 March 2026, 2359hrs (GMT+8) ("Promotional Period").

Pelago has engaged KOLs to participate in the Promotion (the "Participating KOL”). Each participating KOL is assigned a unique promo code for this Promotion (the “KOL Promo Code”) which will be posted on their platforms.

To be eligible for this Promotion:-

• The Pelago Customer is required to book any activity on Pelago.com and the Pelago app during the Promotional Period, except the activities listed in product exclusions (the “Eligible Activity”).

• The Pelago Customer must apply the KOL Promo Code when booking the Eligible Activity upon checkout.

• There are currently two categories of promotions available for Pelago customers, which are applicable based on the specific promo code shared by the respective KOL.

  1. Customers who book the KOL Activity between 13 December 2024 and 31 March 2026 are eligible for either:

  2. (a) 3 bonus KrisFlyer miles per S$1 spent on Pelago, capped at 50,000 miles per booking (this is on top of the base miles earn rate), or

  3. (b) 10% off, capped at SGD 10, with a minimum spend of SGD 50.

  4. Only one promotion may be applied per booking and must correspond to the code provided by the KOL.

• For KOL promo codes that offer Bonus Miles, Pelago shall credit the Bonus Miles towards the KrisFlyer account of the Pelago Customer when the Pelago Customer completes the Eligible Activity. Cancelled bookings of the Eligible Activity will be ineligible for the Promotion

Each Pelago Customer is only allowed to use the same KOL Promo Code a maximum of 3 times.

This Promotion is cumulative to the prevailing KrisFlyer miles earn rate (e.g. 3 KrisFlyer miles per SGD 1 spent) on bookings made and completed through Pelago. When this Promotion is applied, the total miles earn rate will be comprised of both Base Miles and Bonus Miles.

This Promotion is NOT stackable with other promotions or promotion codes.

For the avoidance of doubt, any Bonus Miles will be credited directly into your KrisFlyer membership account after the activity has been completed. Pelago shall not be obliged to notify and/or update the Pelago Customer on their eligibility after the booking has been made, before the Bonus Miles are credited.

The Pelago Customer must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The Pelago Customer should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the Bonus Miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.

The Pelago Customer must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non-KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.

The Pelago Customer will not be allowed to transfer the Bonus Miles to another KrisFlyer account. Singapore Airlines shall automatically reverse any such transfer.

The Bonus Miles to be awarded under the Promotion is subject to the availability of Bonus Miles allocated for redemption. Pelago reserves the right to terminate the Promotion in the event Bonus Miles are no longer available for redemption.

Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at their sole and absolute discretion.

The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
