Terms & Conditions: Singapore Airlines x Pelago: What Type of Traveler Are You Giveaway

1. This promotion ("Promotion") is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd ("Pelago") and is valid for bookings made between 16 February 2026 (00:00 GMT+8) and 31 August 2026 (00:00 GMT+8) ("Promotion Period").

2. During this Promotion Period, you can enter the promo code stated in your prize voucher(s) during checkout and prior to payment, in order to qualify for a SGD 100 discount off your total booking.

3. This Promotion is subject to the following restrictions:

   • Discount is capped at SGD 100, or currency equivalent.

   • Only valid for use once per promo code.

   • No refund shall be provided if the value of the promo code redeemed exceeds the amount payable.

   • Product exclusions apply.

   • Voucher is not stackable with other vouchers or promo codes.

4. All prize vouchers will be issued once to the recipient. It is the recipient’s sole responsibility to safeguard the item. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be reissued under any circumstances.

5. All prize vouchers are strictly not for resale. Any attempt to sell or transfer the item may result in cancellation without compensation.

6. This promotion cannot be applied with any other existing Pelago promotions, offers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.

7. Any KrisFlyer miles earned or redeemed from bookings made on Pelago will be based on the final amount paid, after eligible discounts from this Promotion have been applied. Other terms and conditions for the use of KrisFlyer miles on Pelago will apply.

8. All bookings are subject to Pelago's Terms of Use, and all collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with Pelago’s Privacy Policy.

9. Pelago reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

10. The terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
