Earn KrisFlyer Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use, and the earning and redeeming of KrisFlyer miles are subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

2. From 1 September 2025, status credits (in the form of Non-flight Elite miles) earned on spend on Pelago will count towards KrisFlyer Elite tier status upgrade or status renewal. Tier bonus or any type of promotional bonus are not eligible for earning Elite miles. Non-flight Elite miles will be earned if a PPS Club and/or KrisFlyer member has met the following conditions in a single transaction: 1 Elite mile for every SGD 1 spent on Pelago. 3. From 1 September 2025, status credits (in the form of Non-flight PPS Value) earned on spend on Pelago will count towards PPS Club tier status upgrade or status renewal. Tier bonus or any type of promotional bonus are not eligible for earning PPS Value. Non-flight PPS Value will be earned if aPPS Club and/or KrisFlyer member has met the following conditions in a single transaction: 1 PPS Value for every SGD 3 spent on Pelago. 4. Earn 3 KrisFlyer miles* for every 1 SGD (or equivalent) that you spend on bookings made and completed through Pelago. *Unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.

5. KrisFlyer miles, Elite miles, and PPS Value are earned on the final amount paid for bookings made through Pelago, after eligible discounts or gift cards have been applied, and are subject to a maximum amount of 50,000 KrisFlyer miles per booking, inclusive of bonus miles. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum amount per booking does not apply to PPS Value and Elite miles. In order to be eligible, please ensure that:

(a) Your KrisFlyer membership number is correctly keyed in into the Booking Details page when making your booking; and

(b) Your Pelago booking is made under your name as it appears in your KrisFlyer membership records. Miles cannot be earned if the name does not match.

6. Earning of KrisFlyer miles is not cumulative with other promotions or offers that Pelago may present to you unless otherwise stated. Earning of KrisFlyer miles may be ineligible for certain products, and this will be communicated to you clearly at the time of booking.

7. KrisFlyer miles, Elite miles, and PPS Value will be credited only after you have successfully completed your booked experience, and any cancelled bookings will be ineligible. Please allow up to 1 week after completing your booked experience for KrisFlyer miles, Elite miles, and PPS Value to be credited. If you believe that you are missing miles and would like to make a claim, please submit a claim form through KrisFlyer or contact KrisFlyer Membership Services for assistance.

8. To earn or use KrisFlyer miles on Pelago, you must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain your membership when completing your booked experience. 9. You must ensure that any miles you earn or use are towards your own individual KrisFlyer account. You are not allowed to transfer KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account, and if discovered, any such miles will be reversed automatically.

10. Pelago and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Redeem KrisFlyer Terms & Conditions

1. All bookings are subject to Pelago’s Terms of Use, and the earning and redeeming of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

2. KrisFlyer miles can be redeemed on Pelago at a rate of 100 KrisFlyer miles per 1 SGD (or equivalent), subject to a minimum amount of 1,000 miles per booking.

3. To redeem KrisFlyer miles on Pelago, you must select Krisflyer miles as your payment method at checkout and complete the requisite Krisflyer authentication. Upon payment confirmation, the applicable Krisflyer miles will be deducted from your Krisflyer account based on the final amount payable for the bookings after eligible discounts have been applied. In order to be eligible, please ensure that your Pelago booking is made under your name, as it appears in your KrisFlyer membership records, or, under the name of one of your redemption nominees.

4. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Pelago and/or the relevant service provider. A booking is only confirmed upon issuance of a booking confirmation notification from Pelago. Until such confirmation is issued, no booking shall be deemed accepted or confirmed.

For the avoidance of doubt, any booking pending confirmation acknowledgement does not constitute a confirmed booking.

5. Where a booking is not confirmed, any KrisFlyer miles deducted in connection with such booking will be reversed to your KrisFlyer account, subject to the processing timelines of the KrisFlyer system.

6. Where a booking has been cancelled and is subsequently cancelled or otherwise eligible for a refund in accordance with Pelago’s Terms of Use;-

(a) any full refunds (where applicable) will be processed and credited to you in KrisFlyer miles only. Please allow up to two weeks for any refunded KrisFlyer miles to be credited back into your KrisFlyer account; and

(b) any requests for partial refunds (where applicable) will be converted into SGD at the prevailing conversion rate (the “Refund Value”). You will thereafter, be issued a promo code equivalent to the Refund Value which shall be valid for 3 years. You shall be able to use this promo code on your next purchase on Pelago.

7. To earn or use KrisFlyer miles on Pelago, you must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain your membership when completing your booked experience.
