Courses are taught by professional Italian Chefs, who combine their passion for cooking, public speaking abilities, and work group management, and teaching in a practical way: The Chef demonstrates step-by-step, and students replicate each step at their own station, making single-serving dishes from the menu. At the end, you will enjoy the authentic dishes you created, accompanied by a D.O.C. Tuscan wine in the Florentine style wine cellar, dating back to 1300- 1400 A.D. Lessons are held in English, Spanish, and Italian directly by the chef.
