【Daemyung Vivaldi Park Ski Package Introduction】


- Ski equipment includes: ski jacket/ski pants/ski boots/goggles/Ski/ski
poles/helmet (Ski boots and ski wear are provided based on on-site inventory.
Please understand that we are unable to provide compensation or refunds if you
are unable to ski due to a lack of suitable sizes for your body type.)

Please note: As skiing is an outdoor sport with a risk of injury, it is
recommended to bring your own cold-proof and waterproof ski gloves, ski
helmet, and knee and hip protectors. If needed, you can purchase a limited
edition 3-piece ski set (including gloves, thermal mask, and ski socks) on-
site at the SA Ski School.


On-site purchase: Waterproof gloves from 15,000 KRW, rental fee for ski helmet
or protective gear is 10,000 KRW per item.


- Ski beginner basic lesson content includes:

1) Explanation of ski equipment application

2) Learning to stand, step, and turn in place

3) Techniques for falling and standing up after falling

4) Sideways walking, parallel forward sliding, and wedge braking (pizza stop)

5) Directional sliding techniques


- Snowboard introductory lesson content includes:

1) Explanation of snowboard equipment application

2) Learning basic movements such as knee bends, push-ups, and sit-ups

3) Learning standing posture, balance, stepping, and braking

Snow ski was fun. But the English speaking trainer did not account look out for us and went off with other students. Would suggest to choose the Chinese speaking trainer instead

※ Ski boots and ski wear are provided based on on-site inventory. If the equipment does not fit your size and prevents skiing, no compensation or refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

  • If participants in the same group need to choose different packages, please make separate bookings and leave a note with the order number for proper arrangement.
  • Children under 3 years old can ride the shuttle for free. When booking, you must indicate the number of young children; if not informed at the time of booking, a fare of 30,000 KRW per child will be charged on the day of departure.
  • Ski and Snowboard lessons are conducted separately due to the scheduling of instructors. Please pay attention when booking for companions.
  • For safety reasons, only participants aged 8 and above can experience skiing and snowboarding.
  • Since skiing is an outdoor activity with a higher risk of injury, it is recommended to bring your own insulated, waterproof ski gloves, knee pads, and hip protection. If you don’t have these, you can purchase or rent them on-site: waterproof gloves from 15,000 KRW, and ski helmets or protective gear rental at 10,000 KRW per item.
  • Instructors will be available on-site, but skiing is a high-intensity and potentially risky activity. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in your home country before departure. This product is recommended for participants aged 8–50.
  • Online booking prices are more favorable than on-site purchases. If you need to rent lift tickets, ski gloves, or other add-ons, it is recommended to reserve in advance online.
  • If the tour is cancelled due to weather (e.g. snowstorm), the final decision will be made on the day of the tour. If the cancellation is confirmed to be due to weather, a full refund will be given.
  • During Korean holidays, ski resorts are crowded, increasing the risk of accidents. For safety, it is recommended to travel on weekdays and avoid peak holiday periods.
  • Some attractions in SNOWYLAND may be subject to opening or closure depending on weather and park conditions.
  • The SNOWYLAND sightseeing cable car ticket is valid for one round trip only.
  • Children are considered ages 2-12, and the free snow jacket offer is available only for children under 12.
  • If the tour cannot operate due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or offer alternative options. If you wish to cancel, you can apply for a refund directly through the platform. Please check your email notifications before the departure date.

  • Before Departure: Each person must prepare 2-4 coins of 500 KRW in advance for use in the ski resort lockers to store your shoes and personal belongings.

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

We will send you a reminder email the afternoon before your departure. Please make sure to prepare 2-4 500 won coins in advance to store your shoes and personal belongings in the lockers at the ski resort.
Please arrive at the meeting point in advance and confirm the correct location on your own. As the bus needs to pick up guests at multiple boarding points, it can only wait for 5 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds on the same day. Please also note that due to delays from other group members or traffic conditions, pickup times may be delayed by 10–15 minutes.
Skiing is a relatively intense and potentially risky sport. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in your home country before departing for South Korea.
All ski equipment must be reserved in advance. Package changes and refund requests cannot be accommodated on-site. We highly recommend booking early to secure discounted lift tickets.
For safety reasons, walking onto the slopes or carrying equipment by hand is strictly prohibited. Guests without ski/snowboard gear are not allowed on the slopes and must remain in the dining and rest areas.
In the event of a collision or accident with other visitors while skiing, our team will only assist with on-site translation and communication. Any resulting medical expenses or compensation fees must be borne entirely by the participant.
Lessons are conducted with one instructor or assistant for every 10–20 participants. The final ratio is subject to the supplier's on-site arrangement on the day of the tour.
As skiing is an outdoor activity with a higher risk of injury, it is recommended to bring your own cold-weather waterproof ski gloves, knee pads, and hip protection gear. If you do not have your own equipment, these items are also available for purchase or rental on-site: waterproof gloves from KRW 15,000, and helmets or protective gear from KRW 10,000 per item.
⚠️ Our company’s travel packages do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve certain risks and hazards. Guests must assess their own health condition and ability before participating. The company is not responsible for any bodily injury or harm resulting from accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
Lunch is not included in the tour. We recommend bringing your own lunch or dining at one of the locations recommended by your guide. Authentic Korean seaweed souvenirs introduced during the tour will also be available for optional purchase at the end of the trip.

Ski boots and ski clothing are provided based on on-site availability. If sizes do not fit the guest’s body type and skiing cannot be carried out as a result, no compensation or refund will be provided.
