  • [Booking Method]: Select the booking date and time slot, fill in the details of one guest to place the order. Once payment is successful, the order is confirmed.


  • [Ticket Collection]: After a successful booking, please check your email for the ticket. You can print the attached e-ticket or present it on your mobile device for redemption.


  • [Ticket Includes]: ZipLine gliding experience


  • [Special Notes]: If a specific session is selected within the ZipCity ZipLine package, please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time (late arrivals will not be accommodated and you will need to queue again). Other items can be used by queuing on-site.

1. 'Lisboeta Macau' Free Shuttle Bus: Take the free shuttle bus to Lisboeta
Macau from the hotel shuttle bus area at the Border Gate.


2. Taxi: Take a taxi directly from the Border Gate to ZipCity Macau.


3. Take a taxi directly from Hengqin Port to ZipCity Macau, the cost is
approximately MOP 45.


4. By Public Bus:


Bus numbers 51, 25B, 25, AP1, and 59 can take you directly from the Macau
Border Gate to ZipCity Macau (Lisboeta Macau).


Bus numbers 2A, 9, 21A, 23, 25, 25B, 25X, 26, 26A, 28A, 32, 50, 51, 73, MT1,
MT4, N1B, and N5 can take you near ZipCity Macau.

【Zipcity Tips】Please arrive at the ticket office 30 minutes in advance to redeem your ticket, complete entry procedures, and prepare for your flight.
Any late arrivals may be rescheduled to a later time depending on availability.
If your package includes a flight video and photo package, please register your email address on-site. We will send the files to you as soon as possible after your activity.
All participants must sign a waiver and consent form. Parents or guardians must sign on behalf of participants under 18 years old.
Before the flight, you must empty your pockets (e.g., items in clothing pockets, mobile phones, cameras, keys, loose change, watches, jewelry, etc.) and place your belongings in the dedicated bag provided by Zipcity.
During the activity, all participants must comply with Zipcity's safety policies and procedures and follow staff instructions.
Participants must weigh between 25 kg and 100 kg to participate in the activity. Participants must be at least 7 years old.
Participants must be between 90 cm and 200 cm in height to participate in the activity.
Participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Wear fitted long pants or shorts that reach the knees; long skirts or short skirts are not recommended. Wear athletic shoes or flat shoes with laces; open-toed shoes, slippers, high heels, sandals, or slip-on shoes without straps are prohibited. Tie back long hair, remove glasses, or use the provided glasses strap. Do not wear hats or other headwear, remove dangling jewelry such as earrings and necklaces, and avoid wearing long accessories like shawls or scarves.
All participants must meet the following health requirements. For safety reasons, individuals with the following conditions may not participate in the activity.
Health Requirements: Any nasal or throat disease causing breathing difficulties, requirement for beta-blockers, requirement for blood thinners, bone cancer, osteogenesis imperfecta, cancer affecting breathing, pulmonary embolism, drug or alcohol addiction, hemophilia, infectious diseases (e.g., chickenpox, pertussis), moderate to severe heart failure, neck or spinal weakness increasing the risk of injury or surgical implants, pregnancy, history of or current retinal detachment, severe anemia, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) requiring portable or home oxygen, unstable angina/ischemic heart disease, untreated mental illness, back or knee problems (recent/chronic). Individuals with heart disease or high blood pressure should consult a doctor before participating.
