The meeting point is the North Exit of Kichijoji Station in front of baskin robbins, which is accessible by the JR Chuo-Sobu Line, Chuo Line, and Keio-Inokashira Line.
The station is just 14 minutes from Shinjuku, 20 minutes from Shibuya, and 26 minutes from Tokyo Station.
