Operating Hours
- Most branches operate daily from 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM (last session at 10:30 PM). Please confirm exact hours with your selected branch.
Meeting Point & Pickup Information
- Please arrive at your selected spa branch at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
- Reservations are mandatory and must be made at least 1 day in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
- Free round-trip transfer is available from Phrom Phong, Asok, and Ploenchit BTS areas with a minimum purchase of THB 1,000 (advance arrangement required).
- Pickup and drop-off is provided only from BTS Phrom Phong station to the spa for selected packages; please confirm directly with the spa when making your reservation.
- Transfers must be booked directly with the spa in advance. Contact details: makkhaspa@gmail.com or phone +66 93 361 9162.
Must Know

After booking through Pelago, you’ll need to email Makkha to confirm your preferred date, time and branch. Go to their website and you can see the availability. I went to the Heritage branch as it was conveniently located next to my hotel, Solaria, and Asok BTS. The massage service was very professional and relaxing. They even offered mango sticky rice after the massage, which was a nice touch! You can also request free transportation (both ways) by emailing them in advance.
The whole experience was awesome. It started with a complimentary tuk tuk pick up on the dot from our hotel and upon arrival, we were given a tea and snack to welcome us. The place was cosy, clean and very new. The massage was good, with pressure rightfully applied and we ended our massage with the sticky mango dessert and a complimentary trip back to BTS.
One of the best massage that I have ever had. Such a wonderful experience and highly recommended to anyone enjoying high quality massage
