Meeting Point & Pickup Information
- Meeting Point: Outside Yaesu North Exit ticket gate, 1st floor of Tokyo Station (1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0005).
- After check-in, proceed through the ticket gate and board the train on your own.
- Outbound boarding alternatives (same station required for return): Ueno or Omiya—inform at booking.
Must Know
- This is a Japanese tour with an English-speaking assistant.
- Itinerary, train names/numbers, and times may change due to railway schedules, weather, or road conditions.
- Bookings accepted until 5:00 PM, 7 days before departure.
- Zao Ropeway may be suspended in bad weather; in that case, you will go directly to the hotel and the ropeway fare will be refunded.
- Snow scenery and the appearance of Snow Monsters depend on weather and may not be visible.
- Stay time at Ginzan Onsen may be shortened due to weather or shuttle bus congestion.
- No refunds for late arrival; alternative transport at your own expense.
- Smoking is prohibited on trains and buses; seats are assigned and specific requests (e.g., window/aisle) cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Confirmation

- For en-route boarders (Ueno/Omiya), the group representative will be contacted by phone by the day before with boarding procedures.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 22 days before date of selection.
- 80% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 9 days before date of selection.
- 70% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before date of selection.
- 60% refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before date of selection.
- 50% refund will be processed if cancelled anytime before date of selection.
- No refund will be processed if cancelled on the activity date.
Voucher Use
- Voucher will be sent via email. Show your e-voucher at the designated meeting point to the tour conductor.
- After check-in, proceed through the ticket gate and board the train on your own.
