An insider's look into the heart beat of Montreal. The tour is created to be flexible, allowing guests to discover at their own pace. During our various stops in the different neighbourhoods you will have the opportunity to pay as you go and taste what you wish with my recommendations. If you wish for me to include all the tastings this can be arranged as well. You will require a travel card which I can assist you in purchasing $12.00 pp for limited travel for 24 hours. We will finish in my neighbourhood and the largest year round outdoor food market in North America.The tour will end here for you to taste your way through the market for lunch. Ruby Roy

I have grown up in the neighbourhood and still live withing walking distance of the market. Explore the market with me and learn about the place of food in Montreal. Tasting can be organised as well.

Guests should estimate 35 to 40$ for tastings through out the tour. I will suggest spots and you can purchase if you wish or not. The tour can end at a market for lunch

Travellers can pay as we go for tastings. Suggested will be made along the tour.
Since this tour is in neighbourhoods, the toilette stops are limited. One at the start and one midway at one of the public markets.
Plastic bags are no longer given or permitted, suggest guests bring reusable bags, should they like to purchase items
Bottled water are not provided, in an effort to be sustainable. The last stop will have a place to fill reusable water bottles.
A 24 hour travel card should be purchased and can be done on the day of the tour
