The room is cleaned and comfortable ambient . It equipped with WiFi and power plug .
Everything was good and seamless.
Everything was smooth. We collected our tickets at the railway station and board the train 40 mins before departure time. Carriage is clean and tidy. Washroom is also well maintained. My partner is a light sleeper and had issue falling asleep due to the noise and movement of train but it is no fault of the train. Overall a pleasant trip.
A very comfortable and cozy ride from Sapa to Hanoi. The VIP double bed cabin was clean, spacious, and perfect for a good night's sleep. The train was a bit noisy at times, but overall the experience was great. Friendly staff and smooth journey — highly recommended!

It was much better than I had expected. The ride was not as bumpy as mentioned by some other passengers. It was a little noisy but we were OK with it. The toilet was clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The lounge at Sapa station was cozy and convenient for travellers like us. We highly recommend Chapa Express Train.
