Service sold was ok. Provided without problems. My only friction point was with the system. When requesting for the car transport from airport to hotel we are asked for the number of PAX (selected 2). But when the PDF reservation comes it would say only 1. I thought I did a mistake and I reached out to your support. I was told that cannot be changed and I should cancel and rebook. I did that and I got the same behaviour. Selected 2 PAX and got reservation confirmed for 1. I just kept that one and didn't get any problem for the transfer. But that a bit frustrating that if that's a know behaviour of the system I get asked to cancel just to get the same.
