You'll receive the first available tour time on arrival. It's encouraged to arrive before 11:00 for best availability. For later visits, it's recommended to reserve a timeslot in advance.

Usage

Tours take place at 12:30, 14:00 and 15:30. On Saturdays and Sundays there is one additional tour at 11:00. You will receive your tour time as you redeem your ticket. If you arrive before 11:00 you'll be able to select from the greatest availability of tours!
