- Pick up time: 07:30 - 08:30 AM (The exact pickup time and location will be provided 1 day before departure. This service is available only for guests who book the package departing from Hanoi.)
- Pickup & Drop-off point in Hanoi: Hanoi Opera House, Hanoi Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem District.
- Meet time: 11:30-11:45 AM
Meeting Location ( (For guests booking the package departing from Ha Long only): Azura Waiting Lounge No. 38 at Tuan Chau International Marina.
Please make your own way to Tuan Chau International Marina and arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled check-in time.
