Those aged 6 but under 7 and who have not yet entered elementary school are considered young children.

・How to use
To board the train, click the mobile voucher URL before the designated boarding time and show the E-ticket screen to the staff member at the station ticket gate. There is no need to exchange it at the ticket office. If no attendant is available, please go directly to your designated seat on the train.
・You are only allowed to board the train that has been specified.
・There may be holidays, partial suspensions, or special train operations during different seasons. Please refer to the website for specific details.

・The No.5 Car, also known as "Rich," is an open-air car with no glass windows. Please note that if it rains, you may get wet.
・Umbrellas are not allowed onboard during rainy weather.
・If you get off the train mid-journey, the remainder of your trip will be unavailable.
・No changes allowed after reservation: passenger count, boarding date, and departure time are fixed.
・You can change your seat up to 2 days before boarding. You can change seats up to three times.
・All mentioned times are in local time in Japan.
・Reservations can be made starting 28 days before the specified boarding date.
・Reservations must be completed (payment finalized) at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. - 【Toei Kyoto Studio Park】

・If you get off the train mid-journey, the remainder of your trip will be unavailable.
・No changes allowed after reservation: passenger count, boarding date, and departure time are fixed.
・You can change your seat up to 2 days before boarding. You can change seats up to three times.
・All mentioned times are in local time in Japan.
・Reservations can be made starting 28 days before the specified boarding date.

The Sagano Romantic Train runs along the former JR Sanin Main Line, which was discontinued after the line was double-tracked and electrified.
This retro-style train, featuring a red body with yellow and black Art Deco accents, travels approximately 7.3 km in about 25 minutes from Torokko Saga Station (adjacent to JR Saga-Arashiyama Station) to Torokko Kameoka Station.
Along the way, it follows the Hozugawa River, offering breathtaking seasonal scenery throughout most of the journey.

The first phase of its renewal will open on March 28, 2026!
With the new concept of “Step into Kyoto of the Edo Period,” the park has been transformed into an immersive experience park for adults, especially appealing to visitors in their 20s and 30s.
Enjoy interactive experiences that let you feel as if you’ve stepped into Edo-period Kyoto, including hands-on cultural activities held inside traditional buildings and 10 street food spots to explore as you walk through the town.
The park has been reborn as a new sensory experience destination that stimulates your imagination.
