This was an absolute failure of service. The driver never showed up, and the transport provider made zero effort to contact me or arrange any alternative-despite this booking being confirmed months in advance. There was no phone call, no update, and no contingency plan. I was left stranded at the airport and had to rely on airport security just to find out what was happening. Only then did I discover that the provider had canceled at the last minute without any notice. Even more unacceptable, no refund has been provided despite the fact that no service was delivered. Charging a customer for a service that was never fulfilled is completely unjustifiable. A full refund must be issued immediately, without further delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it through formal complaints, including reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities. I strongly warn others: do not trust this transport provider. This level of negligence and lack of accountability should not be tolerated.
