- Pickup service is available for all hotels within Khao Lak including Lam Kean, Bangsak Beach, and South of Khao Lak. Extra transfer charge 200 THB(round trip) for Namkhem and North of Khao Lak.
- The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email.
- Please plan to meet us at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

We didn't end up being able to do this trip. We booked it online but then never heard from the vendor. On the morning that the event was supposed to occur, we contacted Pelago. The Pelago rep was prompt in replying, and he got in touch with the vendor. He said the vendor asked what time we wanted to participate in the activity, and we replied. Then the Pelago rep replied and told us the vendor said the tour was no longer available. This was disappointing since we got a confirmation e-mail from Pelago after we booked, and our credit card was charged. It would have been much better if at the time of booking, the vendor would have said it was not available on our selected date. Pelago has been helpful in getting a refund processed though.
