The hotel transfer was seamless and the agent contacted me before the activity to confirm the pick-up location. During the guided tour, the guide shared with us about the different animals, and spotted them for us making it fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking to visit Ranua Zoo.
