It was easy to redeem the tickets at level 16 by just showing the vouchers.
Awesome! I did my booking on board my flight enroute to Osaka. The view at the 60th floor of Harukas 300 was awesome as was the dining on the 59th floor - fresh & cool air aka alfresco, piped music and all. It was totally relaxing and serene.
