Learn to use the professional ramen machine with the dough you’ve made
yourself.


Once you’ve made your noodles, learn the secrets of their rich broth before
trying a bowl made by the best of the best. Become a real ramen expert and
enjoy some of Japan’s best and most famous food

  • The noodles are made from wheat flour
  • Children under 3 years may not participate, but parents may bring infants at no extra cost. They can wait in the workshop’s Japanese-style room.
