- Meeting Point: Pillar 9GF.
- There will be a staff member waiting for you at this area to assist and
guide you to meet your driver.
- For Domestic Flights:
- Meeting Point depends on your airline:
- VietJet Air: Arrival Hall A1 & A2.
- All other airlines: Pillar 23A.
- Please select your preferred pick-up time:
- Recommended 60 minutes after landing for international flights.
- Recommended 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights.
If your flight arrives early, please wait at the designated meeting point.
In case of delays or emergency changes, contact customer service in advance for assistance. Grace period extensions depend on daily schedules and may incur a small fee, payable directly to the driver.
Please double-check the driver’s license plate and name board before boarding. Refunds are not applicable for boarding the wrong vehicle.
Stay connected via phone, WhatsApp, or message for smooth coordination. If the driver or support team cannot reach you, the booking may be marked as a no-show without refund.
[Airport Drop-Off]
Please wait at your hotel lobby 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Travelers are advised to arrive at the airport at least:
- 2 hours before domestic flights
- 3 hours before international flights
- The driver will wait in the car at the hotel pick-up area with a 15-minute grace period. Extensions are subject to availability and charged per 30 minutes directly to the driver.

Driver is good and everything is nice
The driver arrived on time. Hassle free
Everything is smooth except that the driver was not so familiar with the location. While I appreciate their efforts to reach out but we are stuck on the plane and need to transfer by bus to terminal, almost 30 min and more to take to reach terminal. It seems overwhelming but not a big problem
The initial arrangement was great. Someone got in touch with me and gave good instructions as to where to meet and what to expect. However, when I arrived and went to the meeting point, there was no one. Actually a staff was there but he was sitting on a trolley and you can’t tell who is who when you arrived at the meeting venue. I only saw my name printed on a pc of paper. Then I managed to get hold on the person and was told to wait. Waited for 10 mins with no explanation of why there is a wait. I booked this precisely not to wait - it’s supposed to be a meet and go. This person that led me to a car nearby. So it seems like it’s a vendor who works with other transport providers. -1 for not being able to locate the person who is supposed to be waiting for me. -1 for having to wait 10mins for nothing.
