- We do not accept any discounts on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays
- There is a 10% surcharge for all weekend bookings
- There is a 20% surcharge for all Public Holiday bookings
- Check-in 15 Minutes Early: To ensure you get the full session, it’s best to arrive early so that we can check you in and get you geared up asap.
- Dress code: Wear whatever you like! But we recommend warm clothes and enclosed shoes!
- Photography and Mobile Phones: We want to keep the experience unspoiled by social media so we ask that you don’t use your phone to take videos and pictures inside during your visit.
