I joined the evening class as a solo traveller. The group was nice and small so we had plenty of time with the cook to learn skills. The food we made was delicious and I learnt skills to apply back at home. I look forward to cooking these meals again at home.
It was a fun experience, instructions were clear and learned a lot!
It was a big group, had 18 people in a class. Too crowded.
